The upright column is foldable, adopting box-shaped cross-sectional structure and flange connection. The two sides of the column are equipped with round or square slides as a guide for the power head and the up and down movement of the drill rod and torsion resistance. The box-shaped foldable column equipped with this type of drilling rig uses hydraulic cylinders to take off and land, which is convenient and fast, and does not need to be disassembled during transportation. The lower part of the column is hinged with the upper plate, the middle rear part is hinged with the diagonal brace, and the top of the column has a pulley set to complete the lifting and landing of the power head, steel cage and grouting duct. The power head can be slid up and down along the slideway and detachable when checked.

The walking mechanism is hydraulic walking. The four legs hydraulic cylinder props up on the ground, and the undercarriage is driven off the ground by the hydraulic system to realize the driving of the pile driver shoes, then the legs are retracted, and the chassis is retracted by the hydraulic cylinder to pull the chassis forward. The operation enables the pile driver to move forward.

The slewing mechanism is driven by the medium-speed hydraulic motor through the reducer. With the cooperation of the four outrigger hydraulic cylinders, the pile driver can realize 360-degree rotation. Because the hydraulic motor has the characteristics of stable power, smooth operation, small rotational inertia and high starting efficiency, the pile driver has the advantages of stable rotation, no impact, no vibration, good stability of the whole machine and long service life.

The power head adopts three-ring deceleration mechanism, which is already a quite mature product. The reducer with large center hole has high overload capacity, compact structure, low noise and long life. It is the most ideal power device for domestic drilling rigs. It consists of two air-cooled motors, reducers, elbows, exhaust devices, lifting racks, and skids. During operation, the two motors drive the high-speed rotation of the reducer through the coupling, and the low-speed power shaft drives the drill rod and drill bit through the flange for rotary movement.

It consists of 7 hydraulic cylinders. It contains 4 outrigger cylinders, 1 walking cylinder, and 2 luffing cylinders. The outrigger oil cylinders are distributed at the four corners of the machine to achieve two heights of the main body of the machine: 1.1 meters and 1.6 meters. Different height cylinders are used according to different machine models. The walking oil cylinder is located in the middle of the chassis of the whole machine, and it is equipped with 4 outrigger oil cylinders, so that the walking oil cylinder contracts and pulls the chassis to move the whole machine forward. The walking cylinder is 1.6 meters long, so the machine's walking step is 1.6 meters. The luffing cylinder is located at the front of the mid plate, and the bottom of the column is behind, which mainly acts as a support for the column. The contraction of 7 cylinders can be operated in the operating room.
